INTRODUCTION
Hello readers new day with a new recipe, i am going to show you all how to make very easy and tasty instant breakfast recipe with aloo and rava with very less oil and it is very healthy too.
SOOJI ALOO PREPARATION METHOD.
1 Cup of rava or sooji (250 grams)
1/2 Cup curd (125 grams)
1/2 Cup water (125 ml water). Mix it well for 2 to 3 minutes then cover it with a lid for 30 minutes
Take a pan make it hot on a medium flame and add 2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seed
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green chillies, chopped curry leaves and Mix it well for 2 minutes on flame
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 boiled potatoes cut the potatoes in medium size, add a pinch of turmeric powder to it and mix it well
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder and a pinch of garam masala to it
Salt as per taste i am taking (1tsp), Mix it well and later off the flame
Mash it well put little fresh coriander leaves and again mix it for 2 to 3 minutes
Now open the covered lid and mix the batter for sometime
Then add 1/2 tsp salt, And a pinch of baking soda to the batter
Add 1/4 cup of water in two parts mix it properly
Take a pan and keep the pan on a low flame and add 1 tsp of oil
Add the batter with the help of a spoon and shape it properly on the pan keep the flame low
Add the mixed potato on the batter and spread it, Make a circular of the mixture with the help of you hand and then press it properly
Then put the pressed potato mixture on the batter and then top of that put one more layer of batter on the pan up above the potato mixture
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, put 1 tsp of oil so that it should not stick to the pan
Then cover with with the lid and now if u think the below part is bit cooked then turn in on the other side and cook it for 3 minutes
