To start making red velvet cake at home all you need is a 200ml bowl.INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE.
Food oil 1 and 1/4 of cup (approx 200 g).
Baking powder.
Milk 1 cup(200 ml).
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup (75 g).
Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
Butter 1/4 cup (50 ml).
Coco powder 1 tsp.
Edible red color 1/4 cup.
INGREDIENTS FOR FROSTING.
Butter(50 g).
Powdered sugar (50 g).
Milk (3 to 4) tsp.
Vanilla essence (optional) 1/2 tsp.
Strawberry essence (optional) 1/2 tsp.
LETS START MAKING OUR TASTY CAKE:
STEP-1:- Take 1 and 1/4 cup of oil in a bottle.
STEP-2:- Add baking powder 1 and add milk 1 cup (200 ml).
STEP-3:- Add powder sugar 1/2 cup (75 g).
STEP-4:- Add vanilla essence 1 tsp.
STEP-5:- Add butter 1/4 cup (50 ml).
STEP-6:- Coco-powder 1 tsp if you don't have coco powder you can put dairy milk.
STEP-7:- Add edible red color 1/4 tsp.
STEP-8:- Mix it well till the ingredients is not thick.
STEP-9:- Add all the batter in a steel vessel and place it in the oven at 180 degrees foe 25 to 30 minutes.
STEP-10:- Take a another vessel add butter (50 g) in it.
STEP-11:- Add powdered sugar (50 g) if you don't have powdered sugar so take a normal sugar and grind it in the mixer you will get a white powdered sugar.
STEP-12:- Add milk 3 to 4 tsp with this add vanilla essence or strawberry essence 1/2 tsp its an optional.
