What Apple is buying ? According to Israeli news outlet Calcalist reports Apple has acquired a 3D based Tel Aviv sensor technology company PrimeSense for $345 million.
PrimeSense the company best known for the original version of Microsoft's Kinect, the company also sells 3D sensors for markets.
