Facebook Is Acquiring Giphy For $400 Million

Facebook has come out and has agreed a deal with the GIF platform GIPHY for a $400 million, the news broke out by Axios.

As per the news reports the company GIPHY which was valued at $600 dollars and a $150 million dollars since it was launched in 2013 by funding's. According to Giphy twitter page they have said that they are been excited to share the news of them been acquired by Facebook and will join their team soon.

They have also announced that the company and it employees are going to join the Instagram team to integrated into that platform, wow that's a great news to be heard.

Lets see what else interesting things to come out with Facebook and Giphy when they start up soon. We have news that the company had also partnered with TikTok the social video platform and other social platform like Twitter hope for the best now.
