Facebook has announced buying the popular mobile messenger app WhatsApp for $16 billion.According to the deal it includes $12 billion in Facebook shares $4 billion in cash and $3billion investing in stocks, WhatsApp which has 450 million active users with newly 1 million registered users.
WhatsApp CEO Jan Koum says it wont affect any changes and will also join Facebook's board of directors.
