Blackberry Sues Typo over Copied iPhone Keyboard Case

Blackberry has filed a lawsuit against Typo the company that makes iPhone keyboard case. According to Blackberry the keyboard which is designed by Typo is a unique design and is a copy saying in the statement by Steve Zipperstein Blackberry's General Counsel and CLO (Chief Legal Officer).
