Microsoft has planned to license Nokia according to reports. The reports also include saying the plan is to license Nokia's patents and acquire its devices and its services in 7.2 billion deal.
The transaction is also expected to be closed in the first quarter of 2014 and a pending approval were Nokia's shareholders are going to be paid all in cash.
Microsoft also added saying we have the aim to increase our shares and profit with mobile device-market through its faster innovation and marketing.
