Reports say the technology was to be used in HTC's Sense 6.0 smartphone. The included men were also identified as HTC's chief industrial designer, a designer and a division chief.
Till now they are not been arrested as they deny the charge. China Time added saying they were illegally claiming $330,00 in design fees.
Now the matter is still under investigation by authorities, according to HTC's statement.
