Blackberry Sues Typo over Copied iPhone Keyboard Case

Blackberry has filed a lawsuit against Typo the company that makes iPhone keyboard case. According to Blackberry the keyboard which is designed by Typo is a unique design and is a copy saying in the statement by Steve Zipperstein Blackberry's General Counsel and CLO (Chief Legal Officer).

The image above shows the difference between Typo keyboard and Blackberry Keyboard. Typo company was founded by Laurence Hallier entrepreneur and Television host Ryan Seacrest.
